Filter Fault and Streaming Bug

Just reporting two problems:
The Attribution Non-Commercial search filter is bringing up results which include many tracks with Copyright and No-Derivs licenses.
Some tracks go straight to the download window when one clicks the play button. It seems to happen in waves - like one track does it and then all the subsequent ones also do it and the only way to get to listen to any tracks is to give up on that genre or filter result and pick a different category.

hi - what browser are you using, and what version
is this only happening on genre pages?
which page are you using the creative commons filtering? the root Music page, or a genre page?
