In the next 2-3 weeks, I'll be releasing 2 new products that deal with Mobile Webistes, in addition to providing information on how to best launch a mobile site.
The first product is called MobileRedirect - which is a script you would add to your current site so it can forward mobile devices to your mobile site. A mobile site needs to be developed 'for' mobile devices, standard Websites just don't work on a mobile phone. My solution makes it very easy for people to continue using their current website's URL for both the Web and the Mobile Web, which is ideal, since people won't have to remember more than one URL for you.
This product will be available in: PHP, CFML, and classic ASP
The 2nd product is called MobileLaunch, which is basically a template system that generates/creates a clean and valid mobile site with site skins. It's easy to configure, just 6 settings, and adding new pages takes little effort.

it's being offered under a dual license - so it depends on what the person's needs are.
For most people, it's free - since most people are ok with the license agreements that are assigned to open source.
For companies and developers who want to use the code and not have to worry about the constraints open source licensing has, there is a commercial license - which has a fee.
