I am sure this will the first of many post revealing my total lack audio recording knowledge.
So I am about to buy one of these

It has just a speaker out for using an external cabinet, no line outs.
I want to run the speaker out into my trusty mBox, but a little voice in my head says "beware that's wrong"
Do I need some sort of direct box?

I'm guessing some low voltage goes through that output.
Beware you don't burn something up.

I think I have found what I need.

The good news that I will be making an updated version of my "hand spun Leslie speaker" contraption and also a talk box to also make use of the amp's speaker out jack.
