Have any of you tried http://www.audiotool.com/
Just amazing that this can all run in Flash in the browser!
You can add sequencers, drum machines, synths, effects, mixers, and either jam on it for fun or mix down to a song.

I suggest loading a template or already created song so you have something that works and can start messing around right away.

Love it. I'll have to have a play around with that.

I have just been sitting here working on tracks for a new album, and I was needing some inspiration, and I remembered this thread, and so I went to the audiotool.com site to check out Gideon's referral.
I am amazed by how well they have done, and also with how well everything works, and have been exploring the system. It really uses up a lot of memory, that's for sure, but I am considerably impressed, for it basically gives one just one more system for making music, and all the instruments are in the cloud...
It is notable that as a flash based system, it is more efficient and responsive that the average VST synthesizer array. The site assures that one can always make music any time anywhere on any networked computer with lot's of ram.
And so I have decided that in the process of making new music, I would put in a bit of time learning to use their system, and see what kind of tracks I can do, using it, which I would delight to share here.
I am thinking that if anyone else here makes some tracks using that system, I would be very interested in links to hear them in this thread!

That's an impressive site! Not so good for the audio/sample editing shiz most of my stuff comes from, but definitely a lot of fun and probably worth some serious exploration if I ever think about working in this way.
Drug use for children has for many an education and with obvious alarm to both parents on the increase almost yearly.
