I'd call that Jungle though - raw classic breaks, wobbly sub bass and an MC toasting.
At what point does Jungle become D&B? No idea, but it's one of those root genres with a dozen or more sub genres. Have you checked out any "DubStep?" Janner has some good examples on his page: http://www.artistserver.com/Janner
