visualization of a virus spreading... er... actually, it's the spread of WalMart!

If you are East of the Mississippi river, it seems you can't avoid going to WalMart.

yikes!

I'd like to see one of these for Starbucks too - but across the whole planet.

It's getting, more or less, like that up here as well. Walmart has been trying to get approval to build here in St Ratford for several years now. Opposition to it has been overwellming so far. There is no need for Walmart to build here. We have plenty of other stores to patronize (my personal favs are Giant Tiger and Canadian Tire).

We rarely ever go to Walmart. For us it means a trip out of town, either to Kitchener or London. And they just don't have anything that I can't buy elsewhere cheaper.

Re: Starbucks:

I went into a Startbucks couple weeks ago for the first time. Mitch (my son) need a WiFi connection so we tried their location. I didn't buy anything. Too damn expensive. $4 for a coffee. Are they kidding..!!

So.. yeah....

I'm thankful for Walmart, they save us about $500 a month on groceries.

They sell groceries...??

Ones I've been in only sell clothing, sporting goods, toys, automotive shite and junk food....

I don't know
