That was very cool. I just took a walk out to the beach today with that and it got me into spooky mode.
Then I listened to Michael Chokolak Nano forest right after... Today was a great soundscape day for me.
It really reminds you of a storm front about to hit hard. I once had a track meet in middle school where I heard the same events out of this track and then BAM! hail clouds cover the sun then it's icy hell for the next 8 laps to race...
Anyway, yeah you get me eh?
Nice work bro~

Thanks Guys!!

I love my trusty ol' Korg X5D. Works like a charm every time. It's my goto synth. Some of the best patches I've ever made are in that synth. Just run it through some good ol' skool digital delays (ART FXR, Boss RSD-10 set to infinite repeat) and voila... you get a nice ambient soundscape.
Of all the gear I've had, used and gotten rid of over the years, this setup still works for me and is the one I refuse to part with. Just pick a patch and lay down a track (two tracks in this case).

meant to comment on this one, but I spaced it. very engaging piece for ambience. calming yet there is an unsettling quality to it. the gradually repeating/fading phrases are quite haunting. you can almost imagine you are dreaming the piece.
