Whatever it is, paranormal or otherwise, it looks wickedly weird!  I would like to see a bigger, better quality of the video...not so wavey and grainy. Still, it captured my attention. Cool!

Steve, to the left, atop that flat structure, at 00:43, 00:35, 00:21, 00:17, from then it just keeps floating about high center-right. I've heard tons about Gettysburg ghosts from my nephew. Strange stuff
