This guy (early member of Tangerine Dream), is one of my major inspirations when it comes to music. He's fascinating to watch and amazing to listen to. It's funny to think that in 1977 you had to surround yourself with like $10,000+ worth of (unstable) hardware (some with no memory) to achieve this piece of music, but in 2007 I can do the same thing with a laptop and some plugins. Plugins of the actual synths he's using in the video ta boot.
 The shot that starts at about 4 mins in of the sequencer light running is very cool. A good indicator of tempo too I suppose. Lots of great synths in here to see as well. Moog (Prodigy, Modular), a EMS Synthi-A, Arp 2600, and my fav synth of all time a Arp Odyssey (white face version). Great stuff... excellent video. Check it out. Hope it doesn't get too scary for ya, or bore the shit out of ya...
