Thank you for the best wishes and positive comments about Lou and I as new parents.
We're starting to get used to the 2.5-3.5hr cycle Gid has us on, and learning new levels of tolerance... for example, changing a diaper only to have an explosive poop happen just as you start placing the new diaper on.

I was thinking about circuit bending some toys for him

yes indeed, and if you'd ever like to talk outside of the forums over skype or some other chat sometime, I am available to you and open to share the whole experience. Best of luck with the egg collection and following procedures, and I hope that all those close to you are being open to the process. We were very lucky - we only collected 1 egg, and selected to use a procedure where they fertilize the egg, wait for it to take and start dividing, then implant back in, instead of them allowing the sperm to fertilize the egg on its own.

We just saw the pics on the front AS page, wow... I am so happy for you both(well the three of you of course) Congratulations!!! Gideon Andrew Marken V is a beautiful baby--a true reflection of his loving parents I would say ;) So, what is his first instrument going to be? ;) But seriously, best to Lou and Gideon and Gideon

That lad is huge. At least by our standards. He's a good two pounds heavier than any of my boys were. And he's a damn fine looking lad too. Awesome pictures of the three of you. We're very happy for both you and Gideon and are quite tickled to see the slideshow of the big event.
Leanne says hi and says to remember to keep your mouth shut when you remove lil' Gideon's diaper. Those lil' pea-shooters can fire quite unexpectedly and have a pretty good range.
