Most of these sounds were not part of my formative years as I came of age during the pinball heydays of the 70's. But they do bring back memories of dark, dingy, smoke filled hang-outs where the music was loud and the atmosphere was magical. Many a saturday afternoon was (wasted as my mother would say) pumping quarters into machines that were as unforgiving as they were fun.
