I downloaded the demo from their site yesterday. I must say I am totally blown away by the sound of it. It is fabulous. I have compared it to Roomworks (ships with Cubase) but also some convolution reverbs: SIR and Pristine Space. Naturally the convolution reverbs are dependent on what impulses you load, but not even the impulses I consider to be great would match it.
I am not sure if it was entirely realistic, but it was soo good for the ears...
Strange, previously I haven't cared too much about the choice of reverb. I have just chosen one that is nice and dense and sits ok in the mix. I am very tempted to buy this one, although it has a outrageous price tag.
Anyone else tried it?

Well, I shouldn't say I wasn't satisfied with the reverb possibilities in Cubase. Quite on the contrary, I still think thats a great reverb. All I am saying is that Sonnox Reverb was better. It's like when you have a great sound system at home and then you go to your friend's house where there is this supa hifi "goes to 11 kind of thing" that totally blows you away... Not the same thing to play your favorite track at home anymore.
Well, maybe that is a slight exaggeration, but you get the picture :-)

Yep, I understand...
I use reverb all the time, but in most cases my music is not drowning in reverb... Maybe if this was the case, I wouldn't be satisfied with the possibilities I have now, although I doubt it...
All reverb-plugins in Logic sound great in my opinion...
