when you want to post a video from youtube or vimeo - copy the full URL from the address bar - then when you post - there is a set of buttons to format your post - one is "Video" - click it first to put the start tag - paste in your video link - then click the "Video" button again to close it.

similar thing to be done to links - you can also load links to your songs from the box on the right when you are posting - there are 3 tabs - it loads w/ Smilies - click on "My Music" - and you'll see you can access your songs, your favorites, and your listening history. The buttons are for: download, stream, and page.
