New track for everyone.

song description:
Fun fun fun for all ages. Banjo samples from yours truly- also implanted little people into the mp3 and they are a little rambunctious so don't let them tell you things you don't want to know.

Interesting rhythms and phrasing... Love the nintendo arpeggs and the detail of the programming (envelopes especially)... I could picture a nice melody over this. Now we're in 3/4 with a sort of dubby bassline.
Overall it's pretty and accomplished but to me it lacks a foreground, or at least, that is how I feel right now, all opinions subject to change without notice ;)
I still think Falling Girl is my current fave on your page. You got a great personality/presence in that track! (do more!)

hehe, thanks you two. It was more of a funny experimental thing where you either get embarressed for me, or you laugh a little. :p As for the banjo- I tried... lol, sometimes it's easier to make the samples first, THEN the rest of your song but I did it backwards anyhow. I was determined to show my weak bajo pluckin' skills anywho.
Soon I want to stick my pipe-band snare into the equation- that is the instrument I play and well... Too bad it's so fortissimo lol I don't know, I'll have you use a reverb program to its best for that.
(oh yeah, ty very much senders about fallin' G... I agree it's something I need to pay more attention to.)

this is the first track of yours that I've had the chance to listen to, and I gotta say, I'm impressed!
very dynamic, lots of push and pull...you really got a nice tension/release thing going with this. it deserves a better review than I can give it now, but I just wanted to mention that I enjoyed listening this track a lot.

just kiddin- yeah thanks man. Sometimes I show off my percussion too much and I just about 'run out' of room for making new rudimential exploits.

always thought your tracks were arranged and recorded beautifully, plenty of melodic ideas and clever transitions. but I really dig this piece - lots of great changes and contrasts. steps outside the lines and does a great little jig. dl. replay. my cat digs it too - not an easy accomplishment. great for a sunny saturday

You run out of the room? That's not very productive

Sendy- I know you don't have any trouble with that part of composing. hehe, it's funny lately because it seems like you're paying more attention to finding melody to stick to your tunes by reading up on classical theory etc. Maybe you've always been like that, but ever since I met you on here.
Chocolak- Woohoo! thank you a lot! I really appreciate your comments too- I like Nanoforest a lot but its deliberatly the only one I've really heard of yours (and noir) becuase I have stupid dial up so I get frustrated when I can't download mp3s longer than 5mb because my dang connection disconnects within the timeframes. (going to change that pretty soon eventually) So did you get all your hay under cover from the weather yet? And your german shepherds have very long toungues! they have healthy hair too- Do you feed them Nutro dog food? (sorry I have to guess I know it's kind of weird)
Actually, that's my way of asking what kind of dog food you feed them. No worries, not a judgemental thing as they look great.

Nice one mate - I liked it and I don't normally like glitchy things - this was fun and had a nice sense of humour to it.

seriously? ok I think its something called 'Friends Best' we get at the feed store. it's not 'name' but we've got lots of critters to feed & the label checks out ok. yah, the boggies are healthy - check out that tongue size!. right now - like the humans, horses & deer - they're eating lots of apples
I'm very familiar with the heartbreak of 56 kbps which is all we had without any hope until about a month ago when we got into a very affordable killer wifi hookup. now its 100Mbps! sweet. the internet reborn - it actually works when you can crank it. so do it asap if you can - and then you can check out the rest of my strange tracks lol:

Thanks Danny, wow, I'm so happy with all the great comments you guys have for me on this one... heehee... (score) anyhow- Wifi michael- is something I am jealous of because I live on a creek with two big hills that literally block radio signals except the religious radio stations with a bluegrass one... I'll have to get a sattellite hookup unless I move to Austin Texas for my girlfriend which I have originally planned on this up coming thursday. There I've spilled my life for everyone; that's right I'm moving to Austin and going to live away from family now. (thank god)

But I like where I live and will miss a lot of it. Gotta do change though, it's something I find essential for my existance.
As for the dogfood, I just wanted to blabber on about flaxseed and bone meal with things that might be a good source of glucosomine & Chondroiton for your dogs' cartilage in their hips because German Shepherds usually get hip trouble at around 8 to 10 years old. They look great though so I'm assuming they're rather young.
My dog's 13 and he is a goober. Hands down a mooching goober. I'll throw him an apple and he'll go take it to his 'pile' of 'things' he values. He has a collection of torn up toys and rawhides etc. Anyhow, I've gotta get back to work around here- (helping a neighbor cut chapperal off his land) So I gotta go do my 'rough gruff' Oregonian stuff like you know so ;) That's right everyone, I'm gonna go "hick it up" with my hillbilly bretherin and "hickup".
I'm done being immature.

yeah, you've got to watch for Ethoxyquin too. bad stuff. they get supplements too. they're both in good shape. the hip thing is largely genetic and we researched it pretty well the last few dogs we got. love big dogs but you gotta worry about backs and hearts. but then I human - dogs have the better attitude... "let's just have fun!"
haven't been to Texas since I was a real smal person. But Misha has done some readings in Austin and says if you've got to go to Texas (sorry anyone from Texas), Austin is def the place to go. the artistic heart of Texas
have fun cuttin brush. I was splitting wood but the sleet drove me back in.
and write some more 'crazy' stuff

hehe, I love big dogs too. Sleet? Makes sense that you're about at 5,000 feet above sea level am I right? Roughly? We've been cutting wood too... But we've got a one-ton hydrolic wood splitter and it's the best. Sit back and pull a lever; watch your hands- bam! It's fun, I reccomend it if you haven't invested in one.
Wow, what a tangent. hehe.
I'll get on making some cool/weird music soon again.
