Apologies Gideon ... the upgrade was a birthday present ... I didn't realise there was two different paid memberships .... 500 songs for premium guys ... jeez ! ... anyway... reckon I'm a feature of the site anyway (groan...) .... On a different tack ... what about running a thread on what the artists would like from the new site ... maybe the last thing you want is that ! ... but i,m going to start one anyway. . might galvanise the forum into use again ... Featured artist spots are randomly generated from the total artists with account upgrades.
Account upgrades are mainly focused on providing more songs than the free account - but you also get to upload any bit rate up to the max, you can turn off adds on your site, or put your own Google Ad id in the My Account area and earn a bit off of your artist pages. Other benefits include more photo storage, being featured on the site, priority support - any emails from paying members are taken care of ASAP, and I hope to roll out some additional benefits with the new site. Once that is in place, I can focus time on establishing partnerships and expanding the exposure of artists who have upgraded their accounts.
Yes - you are correct - we have 2 different upgrade accounts - the difference is the number of songs and photos hosted.
