Subject length versus "RE: "

Suggestion: For any subject, allow four fewer characters than you currently do, UNLESS the subject starts with "RE: ".
It would prevent people from posting subjects that then have to be manually truncated after the software adds "RE: " to the replies.

yeah - i've been meaning to update the code to handle the issue. I'll need to see what the database is set to for this field - possibly I can make the field longer on the forums, or just lop off the end if it is too long.
