I tried brewing a batch two winters ago but I think we kept our house too cold to get a good fermentation going. It was fizzy, still...
it didn't really taste like a beer..sort of, but almost like cider.
it seemed to taste better if I put it in a wine glass and thought of it as some sort of champagne!
