How to add a new artist to my account?

Hi, is it possible to add a new artist to my account or should I subscribe for the 2nd time?
I browsed the FAQ's, but I can't find an answer to my problem....
Anyone got a clue???

I think if you had multiple bands (I do) from the ES days - those were grandfathered in. I do not see anything on the "My Account Home" that says add new band. But SW would be able to provide the definative explaination.
If you don't want to create a new band, what I did with Legion of Spunky remixes is give any remixes you do a different song icon, so at least it stands out from your other tunes.

yes - that is true.

this is also true - it's no longer a feature that is offered... although I can add it to upgraded accounts on special request 
The way it works, is that the additional artist will use the same login and same total song count, etc. Once thing to be weary of, is that some of the information in the Profile is actually 'shared' with each artist account under your login - just things like city, state, country, etc. Once it's added, you'll also get an additional setting on your profile page - where you set the default artist, which selects who you are as your browse the site and use the forums. Since the site is no longer supporting multiple artists under a single account, I suggest setting the default or preferred artist setting once and not switch it.
I'm deep into some code right now - but later today, I'll sign into the administration site and see about adding an artist to your account. What is the artist name?
Anyone else that is interested, you would have to of been an artist on the site back when it was ElectronicScene (pre2005) and have an account upgrade. If you do not qualify, but do have an account upgrade, please contact me.

Hi Mike, I too have a 2nd personality from the ES-days.....which was migrated to AS...
But indeed I think it's not possible to have multiple artists/names on 1 account on AS...let's wait for Gideon's reply....
BTW....the remix is finished!
But there is some delay in releasing it.....

Hi Gideon, no problem...my idea was to make a new account called 'A Bit Crusher Remixes' where, as you might understand, my remixes of fellow AS-artists would be uploaded.....(First one would be my remix of eLucy by P9FM).

to edit the new artist, click on "My Account" from the My Account menu, then select "My Account Home" - on the left side near the bottom, you'll see a listing of the artists assigned to your account. Click on the one you wish to edit - then use the My Account tools as you normally would.
