Be sure to look up "Emergency Broadcast Network" or EBN - one of the original video samplers and the music rocks.
Have any of you seen Coldcut live? Their shows are heavily focused on video sampling.

Like Bit Crusher said, it's off Drukqs. It's at the end of one of the CDs, I forget which one. I'll hazard a guess and say it's at the end of the first one.
