My account here got cancelled due to non-valid VISA card but i renewed it just now with a new one over at PAYPAL but when i checked into the AS account area it still says i have a cancelled account even though it doesn't expire end of 2007!? Can you please check it, i will for sure renew my AS account when the date expires but now it got cancelled because i had to add a new VISA card to my PAYPAL account!! Thanks as ever for your help.
your current 'subscription' is still valid - just that it expires. The only way to get you back on a subscription - is to have you click through and do an upgrade.
Replacing the CC info at paypal doesn't cause the canceled subscription to renew itself. I think the only way to do that is to change add a new CC to your account -then change over to it - or do an update on your card at PayPal before they deem the original card not valid.
