Hi, The rss feeds are live - they return results the second they are posted.
I think your feed isn't loading in your reader due to all the Microsoft Word CSS/HTML generated code you pasted into your blog posting. I have a feeling you type your blog into Word, then copy/paste it into the blog editor, is that correct? This causes the poorly formatted CSS/HTML code from Microsoft Word to be carried along and pasted into the editor.
Best thing to do, is to type directly into the editor, or to use a simple text editor that doesn't create all the extra CSS/HTML formatting that Word does.
I checked your feed, and to FeedDemon (my rss reader) and your recent post is there - it's just broken due to the Microsoft Word formatting being messed up:
Quote: Normal 0 false false false MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal"; mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0; mso-tstyle-colband-size:0; mso-style-noshow:yes; mso-style-parent:""; mso-padding-alt:0in 5.4pt 0in 5.4pt; mso-para-margin:0in; mso-para-margin-bottom:.0001pt; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; font-size:10.0pt; font-family:"Times Ne
A quick way to fix your posts - is to select the text, paste it into Notepad, then paste it back into the blog editor. You'll probably need to delete everything in the blog editor, and re-add the image after you paste your text back in.
Let me know if you need more help with this.
