Teehee, HMV is advertising on EMW

As you all know, EMW is basically a non-profit thing. However, to pay for hosting costs and such, I added some advertising. Google ads are easy to add, but they don't generate a lot of income for my site.
Some months ago, I got pointed towards text-link-ads. They also require you to add some code to your site, and they also offer text links as advertising, but there is one difference: advertisers need to specifically request an ad on your site.
The first view months, I had no advertisers and I had just about given up when the first ad appeared. Since then, I've had a few advertisers already, but to my surprise, today, a link with the text "CD's" appeared yesterday, linking to HMV! HMV chose my site to advertise on! Now THAT is cool!

next thing you'll know you earn 300.000 bucks a year with internet ads.

with the rates that are currently going for ads on my website, I highly doubt it ;)
but still, it's a nice extra to pay the hosting
