Good morning,
I have uploaded video of a couple of tunes from my 9/28/06 show at the satellite ballroom, opening for Of Montreal.
It was a very fun show to be a part of. There were a lot of people out that night, and I had just had a tastey meal and several tastey brews. It was raining like a sonofabitch. My socks were wet, but I thought ahead and brought a warm, dry pair to slip into before taking the stage. Comfy.
The folks in attendance were lovely. Many were surprised, many were confused (see the foreground during the opening camera pan, hehe). But there was much energy to feed off as people cheered and jeered and beered (and beard!). There was some maniacal screaming, too (see beginning of the second clip).
Enjoy!
DC3 - opening tune of the set
Sweet Bird of Filth - closing tune of the set
oh, and my new site is in effect!

Congrats on opening for Of Montreal, that's pretty big. The set looks like it went well. I like when the camera pans and you check out the girls in the front row, kinda funny. The song about the bird was pretty sweet, glad to hear things went well! -Erik

Thanks for checking it Erik. Yeah, that was pretty funny!
Roland - yeah dude, big-ass files there (80mb each). I'll see about changing the compression settings wednesday night, so hopefully by thursday they will be available in smaller files.

Everytime that girl in the front row starts to dance, you lower the tempo...(on purpose?)
