ArtistServer offers both a Freeware account and an upgraded account. The following information is for those who are considering an account upgrade or have already upgraded.

If you have an upgraded account on ArtistServer, and you've also made a donation, contact me, and I'll change your membership type from "Upgraded Account" to "Site Supporter"

What does it mean to have your account raised to "Site Supporter?"
Currently - not much,  except your membership icon changes which is next to your songs, profile, etc. Possibly in the future, some extras will be available to this population.
Do you still need donations? Is it possible to become a Site Supporter?
Yes, there's definately a need for more donations. For example, I'm saving up to buy another high performance 15,000 rpm SCSI drive for the server. Expenses like this come right out of my pocket, so any help from those who use the site is greatly appreciated.
Is there a minimum donation amount?
$5 since PayPal will take a portion of the donation as a transaction fee, but you can donate any amount. Please note that ArtistServer is NOT a non-profit organization - any donation is NOT tax deductible.
Hey what about people who support you and the site but don't have an upgraded account at ArtistServer?
I'm grateful for your support and help. If there's something you feel I can do to help you, send me a message and I'll try to help. I could have added another membership type between Freeware and Upgraded, but I felt that wasn't a good move, nor something I could define easily.
Do Site Supporters get treated differently?
No - they are treated exactly the same as their fellow artists and members with upgraded accounts. Although, I do hope to provide something special to Site Supporters someday.
How much does an artist upgrade cost?
only $40 USD per year.

There isn't a means to do it in the My Account/Settings area, you did the right thing by posting a request though. I have completed the changes to convert your member account into an artist account. I also fixed your site URL - it is now: artistserver.com/debra
