hidden tracks

What is the difference between 'no public access' and 'hidden' for posted tracks? I had assumed that 'hidden' meant you could point people to listen to a track by giving them the page address, but it wouldn't appear on your regular track listing - so, for example, if you wanted to make tracks available to preview for a label, you could do that without having the tracks available for regular access.

I've tagged tracks 'no public access' and 'hidden' and I get the same response for both when I try to access the http addy; "Sorry, song not found" Confused

ah - sorry I didn't reply to your direct email on this. I can clarify:

Public Access:
Yes - the song is accessible as per settings you provided for the song
No - the song is off, no longer accessible
Hidden Song - the song url for stream and download will resolve/load, but the song is not displayed on the public site.

you can provide them with direct links to the songs, or you can create a new Web Page (in My Account - under the 'My Site' section, called 'Pages'), and setup the links how you like - just don't add the Web page to your menu, and the page will be private.
