thanks for checking the new ones out.
i grabbed your playlist... antivirus is slick. you're a big skinny puppy fan right? my faves: antivirus, fusion, phantom, pugnax, radiate, and water. nice stuff.
the videos? the footage is all public domain stuff from the Prelinger Archives... i edit the stuff together with final cut, after effects and flash.

I always thought 'superstar' when watching 'Doin My Thing' or 'Within Earshot'.

bit crusher: whoa "pure genius"... i don't know about all that  thanks much i'm glad you like it. i'm going through your playlist and as you could probably guess, i'm enjoying "reality sucks" (particularly the 2:00 mark).
p9fm: i was feeling a bit uneasy about that one... i got so buried in the initial chopping that i lost all perspective by the time i started layering on the rest. i'm really glad you liked it. ohhhh listening to "your stuff and i understand why you're liking my track "window" now... "neverlearn" is staying in this playlist.
subtronik: any suggestions of post-puppy stuff to check out? i have "sidewinder" by download, which i really like. it's actually more similar to your stuff than puppy...(specifically download's "Base Metal (Re-mix)" vs. your "fusion")

I really really like window. can't think of much else to say really - except that I really like it.
Your music sometimes sounds like the whole world is playing it!
I'm just starting to try and make music vids myself actually. Are there any other archives you can recommend? I can only ever seem to find things that charge $$ that I can ill afford!

well archive.org has lots of stuff, but it's all 320x240... try locating public domain titles that seem interesting, then locate cheap dvd copies (ebay, amazon). you can then rip them for your own use. as far as i understand it, the copyright of these restorations is not renewed unless substantial creative changes are made.
