When all is dead and gone We'll know who lost, who won But does it matter then When all is dead and gone
When all the lights go out We know what life's about But does it matter then When all the lights go out
When all that's left is lies We'll see nothingness and realize. But does it matter then When all that's left is lies?
See everything go End of all things The life that we know Shift your point of view You've been warned This one way ticket is for you

I find this a little dark for this time of year, but then again, the wheel is turning and the darkest day of the year is almost here, so I guess it works. Doesn't hurt that I'm in a bit of a black mood myself.
I like the message and the words chosen, and can almost imagine it being a Lennon/McCartney tune from the later days of their song writing partnership.

I have several friends that are having problems in their life at the moment & posted this with them in mind.
I've heard that the 'people are more likely to commit suicide during the holiday' rumor is untrue, though if you are down/depressed/lonely during this time of the year it seems to have more of an effect. Perhaps some part of the mind connecting with happier times..
