This is an album I sort of 'co-produced' - ie I picked most of the tracks and did all the flowing and seguing to make it gel as an album. I think I did a fairly good job as it came from a folder of 75 songs and sketches!

Debut album by this Spanish experimental duo. Evening Road is an epic journey into
a dark, sinister sounding world, where disembodied voices and unearthly drones meet
crumbling beats and fuzzy guitar work, punctuated by digital glitches, sub-bass
distortion and field recordings. Individual tracks vary from dub to techno, ambient
to shoegaze, but the album has been expertly sewn together into a singular,
uninterrupted soundscape by Second Thought.
Comparisons to The Orb, Aphex's Analogue Bubblebath/Casutic Window material
and Neotropic can be made, but the
overall mood of the album is that of a singular new vision, a place from the imaginations
of its creators.
