Our charts have been updated, and hopefully you'll find them more informative. Smile

We previously displayed 2 charts in parallel, one based on the last 30 days, and the other based on the last 7 days.

The new chart merges these two together by converting the 7 day chart into a status for for each song, showing you if it's going Up, Down or if it's Hot.

The status is created by comparing the 7 day average (from 30 days worth of data) to the current 7 day point amount for each song.

I'm sure if you take a look, it will make sense, as you've probably seen similar things on other charts.

Our new chart pages are almost 1/2 the size of the old charts.

I'll roll out the same style of charts for the genre charts too. Just in case you didn't know, each genre has it's own chart - just visit a genre page on the site, and you'll see the link on the right neat the top.

The main charts are published 4 times a day, and cover the top 200 songs.
