That's some "bad-ass" action goin' on there.
I read in the paper last night that gun sales in the USA jumped conciderably in light of last weeks shooting in VA. Didn't say whether it was hand-guns or rifles, but I'm willing to bet is was hand-guns.
Imagine what the carnage would've been like if the VT students had been armed when Cho made his way through the building. Yeah... Cho might have gone down sooner, but I'm also willing to bet there would've been a lot more victims. Mostly from the simple stand-point that nervous people, under stress, with guns and no experience tend to get "trigger happy" whenever they see, or think they see, another person with a gun. The ol' "shoot first, ask questions later" mentality takes over real quick.

I read this today:
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - David Huckabee, a son of Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee, was arrested at an Arkansas airport Thursday after a federal X-ray technician detected a loaded Glock pistol in his carry-on luggage.
The son of the former Arkansas governor held a concealed weapons permit at the time of the incident but state police are taking steps to revoke it. The elder Huckabee, who said last week that Virginia Tech gunman Seung-Hui Cho perhaps could have been stopped if a teacher or student had also been armed, also has a concealed weapons permit.
Yep, that's what we need, MORE GUNS! Then we'll all be safe. In fact, I'm feeling safer right now just thinking about it...
