There's basically no information on the download page about rights, limitations, use, etc. but you may want to look over their fourm, where the topic most likely has been covered. From what I understand, it's for 'personal use' and 'not for commercial use'.
In this post, the site admin tells a user that if someone wanted to actualy put out a release on a label, that they'd need clearance. Then in this post he states "You have to upload elsewhere and then link to it" when answering a question about sharing your remixes. Based on these two posts by the admin over there, I would say it's safe to post your remixes on ArtistServer, as long as you do not include samples of commercial music/tv/movies/etc in your remixes.
If you do upload a Beastie Boys Remix, post here and tell us about it, and when you post your track, enter "Beastie Boys" as a tag (keyword). Enter it with the quotes. I suggest using one of the Creative Commons License options which are available when adding your new track on ArtistServer.

I'm working on a whole Beastie's Remix Album
1. We Got The - mixed w/ Josie (Steely Dan)
2. Shake Yer Rump - mixed w/ Thank You (Sly and the Family Stone)
3. Body Movin' - mixed w/ Golden Years (David Bowie)
4. Root Down - mixed w/ Travlin Riverside Blues (Led Zep)
5. Electrify - mixed w/ Behind the Sun (Red Hot Chili Peppers)
6. Rhyme the Rhyme - mixed w/ Mysterious Ways (U2)
7. Intergalactic - mixed w/ Walk on the Wild Side (Lou Reed)
So far, all are done except #6, Rhyme the Rhyme. I'm not sure how many tracks it will be when it's done, maybe I'll do another 1 or 2. As you can see, these are more Mashups than remixes, as I've built the songs out of commerical releases. So far, "We Got The" mixed w/ Josie is my favorite. I'll probably release these alltogether in another month or so - but not on ArtistServer.com ofcourse.

I have a total of 10 Beasties Remixes - with 3 of then incomplete. I've been trying to produce a complete Remix CD. The first few happened so quickly - but these last few are proving to be much more difficult to complete. Not sure when they'll be finished.
I'll keep a lookout for your Body Movin' remix
