Extract audio from YouTube videos for remix, etc.

Not sure if you guys have seen these sites, but they allow you to pass them a YouTube video, and then you can download the audio so you can chop it up and create some samples to work with 
http://www.video2mp3.net/ - this one only does video to mp3
http://www.farkie.com/ - this one allows different video and audio formats, including WAV.
It's a great way to get involved in making remixes or mashups of viral videos, and provides you with an endless amount of sampling material. So the next time you see a popular video of some 'famous' person going nuts, extract the audio, and get your remix out there.
Just be weary of material with copyrights.
