I just tested it by:
* posting a review to a the song you tried - logged in with a test account * posting a review of other songs - logged in with a test account * posting a review to one of my songs - logged in as you
each case worked.
So I think the error you may have experienced was due to the server being under stress. We've been experiencing more traffic and mp3 streams/downloads over the last 3 months - so much to the point that I'm having to redevelop a new means to upload and serve the mp3 files and put another server online soon.
Let me know if you see this again - next time try refreshing the page and trying again. Sorry for the error
